Silence

Silence reigns,

a heavy crown

of words not said

upon his brow.

He has no face,

and his voice echoes

Never heard,

but it rings

in my skull.

His sceptre is covered

with eyes

And he sees all

that you think

but never say.

The very words

inside your brain

Are his,

and he kills them

on your tongue.

There is no house

he does not enter

and there is no

man he does not rule.

Silence reigns heavy

over me.

About Dagenn

I'm just a persony sort of person. I write things, and sometimes, I put them places for other people to see. I like poetry and shortish stories best. Sometimes I write sad stuff, but I'm actually usually a pretty happy person. Come say hi! View all posts by Dagenn
